Ok, couldn't resist. Here is another cake for you to try. This is not for the "skinny" people.
1 lb sugar
7 eggs, separated
1 tsp lemon extract
3/4 lb butter
1 lb rice flour
Cream butter and sugar throughly with mixer for approximately 5 minutes. Add egg yolks, flavoring and flour and mix well.
Whip egg white until stiff and combine with first mixture. Pour into buttered pan 9x12 and bake in 35o oven for 30 minutes. (I am guessing 350 as the temp. It just says moderate temp)
Top with sliced pineapple or cherries.
