For those not too excited about all of the tomato sauce, this one is really good too!
1 pre-made pizza dough (some grocery stores sell them ready in the bakery)
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Handful chopped parsley (I use the dried)
2 cups shredded mozarella
Spread a little olive oil on the dough. Mix ricotta, garlic and parsley. Spread on dough. Top with mozarella or provolone.
Bake 425 for 15 to 20 minutes.
